Mr Sukrit Garg is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. He completed his BA LLB (HONS) from Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad in 2017. He completed his LL.M., with a Vice-Chancellor's Gold Medal, from National Law University, Delhi in 2018. He has qualified UGC NET - JRF. He has also worked as a Research Associate at the Centre for Comparative Law, National Law University, Delhi. He is presently pursuing his PhD from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. His areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Comparative Constitutional Law and Legal Theory.
