Ms. Talari has been working in the field of criminology since 15 years. She is known for her pioneering rehabilitative and correctional efforts to assist women victims, offenders including children of prisoners. She is been a Commonwealth Fellow (2010) for PhD studies in UK and also been awarded the Ford Foundation Fellowship (2006) too. Prior to joining Nirma University, she taught Criminology and Social Work related papers in the public universities. She also worked as an independent consultant for the social change organisations.
