Ms Rubel Bareja student of semester IX co-authored an article this summer on ‘Sabka Vishwas (legacy dispute resolution scheme, 2019’ which was introduced in the Finance Act (No. 2), 2019 and the same has been published on TAXMANN website as well as the their latest edition of CPT magazine ([2019] 109 taxmann.com 160 (Article)/[2019] 46 CPT 13 (Article)).
