THEME OF THE ACADEMIC CONFERENCE ON COMPARATIVE CONSTITUTION LAW

Comparative Constitutional Law has gained very value in the 21st Century. The basic purpose of comparative constitutional law is to study and confront the plurality of constitutional rules and to highlight similarities and differences in order to create models or ideal-types able to explain the ultimate values that underpin the constitutional agreements. In other words, basically comparative constitution helps to acquire the knowledge about various principles of constitution.

Constitution is a dynamic document; it needs update from time to rime. Looking at this it comparative constitution plays important role to contrast and compare the constitution.
