Legal Aid Camp is organised by the Legal Aid Clinic, Institute of Law, Nirma University. The camp is scheduled to be held on 5th April, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the Legal Aid Clinic premises, located near the Main Gate of ILNU.
The Legal Aid Clinic at ILNU, operating under the aegis of the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority, undertakes various outreach activities with the objective of empowering individuals with knowledge of their legal rights and available remedies.
The camp will offer free legal guidance and consultation on a broad spectrum of issues, including but not limited to:
• Motor Vehicle Matters and Accident Claims
• Domestic Violence and Family-Related Issues
• Consumer Protection and Service-Related Disputes
• Property and Tenancy Matters – Aadhar Card Matters
The camp will be facilitated by Advocates and Para Legal Volunteers of Gujarat State Legal Service Authority, Ahmedabad rural and Legal Aid Clinic members. It is open to all members of the Nirma University family, including students, teaching and non-teaching staff, and other stakeholders.
