The Moot Court Committee Internals (MCC I) of the Institute of Law, Nirma University (ILNU) organized the Learners’ Moot Court Competition on October 11–12, 2025, exclusively for first-year students. The event introduced them to the fundamentals of mooting and legal advocacy.
Conducted under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Madhuri Parikh, Dean and Director of ILNU, the competition maintained high standards throughout and marked an important step in integrating first-year students into ILNU’s mooting culture.
The Preliminary, Knockout, and Semi-Final Rounds offered participants valuable learning experiences through rigorous evaluation and constructive feedback. The Final Round, judged by Prof. (Dr.) Madhuri Parikh and other distinguished experts, showcased exceptional advocacy and legal reasoning, with Ms. Deshnaa Kanthed and Mr. Dev Shukla emerging as the winners. The competition proved to be an enriching experience, fostering foundational mooting skills and reinforcing ILNU’s commitment to legal excellence.
