The Legal Aid Committee, along with Centre for Child Rights Advocacy at Institute of Law, organised a legal awareness and outreach visit to Lekawada village and Sri Chaitanya School on October 8, 2025. The aim was to interact with the community and spread awareness on MediClaim, domestic violence, substance abuse, cybercrime, and workplace sexual harassment, while giving students exposure to rural realities. Surverys were conducted and pamphlets were distributed to ensure continued access to legal guidance. Sessions like career counselling and interactive sessions were also held to guide students about future opportunities.
The visit helped extend legal aid services and promote justice and empowerment at the grassroots level.
