The Institute of Law, Nirma University’s Equal Opportunity Cell in collaboration with the Literary Committee at the Institute organised a Book Discussion event on ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ by Margaret Atwood on 3rd November 2025. The discussion aimed to engage the students in the crossroads of literature, law, and gender consciousness by critically engaging with the themes of patriarchy and religious fundamentalism in the novel. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation by the participants.
