The Institute of Law, Nirma University, in collaboration with Mentblue, organised a comprehensive workshop on CV and Cover Letter Writing & Group Discussion Exercise on 10th February 2026. The training was conducted by Aditya Singha, Independent Practitioner, along with the Mentblue Founders.
The workshop was designed to enhance students’ professional readiness by equipping them with practical skills in drafting structured, industry-aligned CVs and cover letters, understanding recruiter expectations, personalising applications, and avoiding common documentation errors.
The session also included an intensive group discussion module focusing on communication skills, leadership, teamwork, articulation, listening skills, body language, and group dynamics through mock GD exercises and real-time feedback.
