The Campus Recruitment Cell, Institute of Law, Nirma University in collaboration with Mentblue organised an online session on Understanding Law Firm Work Culture, Ethics and Expectations from New Joiners on 14th February 2026.
The session was conducted by Ms. Nayan Jain, Partner, Verist Law with the objective of familiarising students with the practical realities of professional legal practice. The session focused on sensitising participants to the internal functioning of law firms, professional hierarchies, workplace discipline, ethical responsibilities, and the standards of conduct expected from new entrants into the legal profession.
Key aspects such as professional integrity, confidentiality, accountability, teamwork, client interaction, time management, adaptability, communication etiquette, and workplace professionalism were discussed in detail.
