The Campus Recruitment Cell, Institute of Law, Nirma University organised an online session on “Striking a Successful Consultation with Clients in Trademark Prosecution” on 23rd February 2026, which was conducted by Ms. Sonam Geda, Founder, Sonam Geda & Co.
The session provided students with practical insights into client handling, understanding client requirements, structuring effective consultations, building trust and professional credibility, and managing client expectations in trademark prosecution matters. The interactive and industry-oriented approach of the session enabled students to gain real-world exposure to professional client engagement, thereby strengthening their practical understanding of trademark law practice and enhancing their readiness for legal practice in the field of intellectual property.
