The Campus Recruitment Cell, Institute of Law, Nirma University, in collaboration with the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR), ILNU, successfully organized an online session on “Trademark Infringement and Minimalist Trade Dress Packaging for Skincare.”
The session was conducted by Ms. Shilpi Saurav Sharan, Managing Associate at S.S. Rana & Co., who shared her valuable expertise and practical insights with the students.
Drawing upon her professional experience in the field of intellectual property law, she elaborated on the legal dimensions of trademark infringement, with a particular focus on the evolving concept of minimalist trade dress packaging in the skincare industry.
