He holds Diploma in International Economic Law from University of Barcelona & CS Executive Qualification from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Mumbai. He teaches Company Law, Investment Law, Corporate Insolvency Law, Cyber Law, Regulation of AI, Corporate Finance & Financial market regulations. Amit Kashyap has experience of working in prestigious Institutions like Gujarat national law University (GNLU). Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR), Adani University, Ahmedabad & Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai. He has worked on research project for Investors Handbook for Vibrant Gujarat Summit in 2011(funded by IndexTB), 2013 & 2023 (in association with Law firms like AMSS, Singhania). He has 7 books and more than 15 research papers in his credentials. Vikas TrivediLaw Dr Vikas Trivedi is faculty in the area of Consumer Law. He is Faculty Advisor- Media Committee and PR, and Member? Lawyer Incubation Clinic, at Institute of Law. He is also Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Centre for Social Justice. He obtained his masters degree in Law as well as Management and holds a PhD degree from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He also qualified National Eligibility Test in ‘Management’ and National Eligibility Test in ‘Law’ conducted by University Grants Commission.
