About
Dr. Abhinav Shrivastava holds a Ph.D. in Law, with his research focusing on constitutional governance, environmental law, climate change, and public policy. He has worked as an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, and has also practised as an Advocate before the Delhi High Court. He served as a Project Assistant in the Curricula Development on Climate Change Policy and Law (CCP_Law) Project funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme, contributing to curriculum development and international academic collaborations. His teaching and research interests include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Public Interest Lawyering, and Governance. Dr. Shrivastava has published in reputed Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at several national and international conferences. He actively engages in interdisciplinary research, legal policy discourse, and curriculum development, with a focus on contemporary public law issues.
