Mr. Bharat Subhas Rathor is a Assistant Professor at Nirma University's Institute of Law. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Laws from Gujarat University. Before joining Institute of Law, Nirma University, he spent more than three years as a Teaching Assistant at Centre of Excellence, School of Law, Gujarat University. He has also met the GSET requirements for Assistant Professor. Master of Laws (Business Laws) and Bachelor of Laws degrees were earned at Sir L.A. Shah Law College, Gujarat University. He has presented research papers at conferences and seminars on a national and international scale.
