About
Dr. Chhote Lal Yadav an Assistant Professor at ILNU. Have been Assistant Professor of Law at Gujarat National Law University and Research Associate (Maritime Law) under the fellowship of Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India at Gujarat National Law University Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Having Teaching, researching, conducting and coordinating training programmes in the area of the Law of the Sea and Maritime Laws. Have also published various research papers in peer-reviewed referred renowned national and international publications including SCOPUS and UGC Care List.
His area of interest in teaching, research and training include; the Law of the Sea, Maritime Laws, Human Rights Laws, Labour Laws, Law and Access to Justice, Law and Employment, Public Policy and Social Management and Labour Migration. He is an alumnus for the higher education of prestigious Central Universities of India including (B.A.) The University of Allahabad (A.U.) Allahabad. LL.B. (Hons.) Banaras Hindu University (BHU). (LL.M. in Maritime Law) Indian Maritime University (IMU) and Doctoral Research (PhD) Central University of Gujarat (CUG) India. He is a recipient of the prestigious IFLOS Fellowship for IFLOS Summer Academy, 2016 the Course on International Law of the Sea and Maritime Law at International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, Hamburg, Germany.
He is also a Life Member and Associate Member with various professional and academic organizations/ bodies in India and abroad including; Life Member of the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR), New Delhi, India.
