Dr. Gunjan Chawla Arora is currently in the role of an Assistant Professor of Law at Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. With about an experience a decade in research and academia, she has a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights Law. Dr. Arora holds a PhD in Law from Gujarat National Law University. She has made significant contributions to the field
of IPR, with notable publications in several law journals and book chapters published by renowned publishers including Edward Elgar, SAGE, and IGI Global. Currently, she is exploring the relevance of IP in Sustainable fashion, Generative AI, Celebrity Rights and Traditional Cultural Expressions. Her research interests include entertainment media and telecommunications, fashion Law and e-commerce consumer rights. She also heads of the Centre
for Intellectual Property Rights at Institute of Law, Nirma University.
