Ms. Gunjan Chawla Arora, Head, for Centre for Intellectual Property Rights at Institute of Law, Nirma University has completed her Masters' in Intellectual Property Rights Laws (Gold Medalist) from National Law University, Jodhpur. She is a PhD candidate at Gujarat National law University and is pursuing her PhD research in Copyright Issues in Film and Entertainment Industry. In the past she was associated with NLU Jodhpur, GNLU Gandhinagar and Karnavati University as a Faculty and Research Associate. During a span of 6 years in academia, she has undertaken both Teaching and Research assignments. She has notable publications in several Law Journals including NLSIU Bangalore Law Review, NLU Jodhpur Journal of Intellectual Property Studies. She has also contributed chapters for various Edited Books on different subject matters published under the aegis of SAGE, IGI Global, and Lambert Academic Publishing (LAP). She has recently been recognized as the "IP Academician of the Year 2021 Legal" by IPPO Ahmedabad. She is associated as an Advisory Editor for IGI Global, ILI Law Review and IJBST Group of Journals.
