About
Meha Bhushan holds an LL.M. from National Law University, Odisha, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. She is presently pursuing her PhD at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, where her research focuses on the implementation of child protection laws in compliance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child. She has qualified UGC-NET and Gujarat SET examinations in Law.
Before joining Nirma University, she acquired teaching experience in legal education across universities and institutes, thereby strengthening her academic and mentoring skills.
Alongside her academic roles, she brings industry exposure through her work in the corporate legal and compliance domain with multinational firms, where she dealt with regulatory frameworks, company law issues, and cross-border legal matters. Complementing this, she has also practised independently as a legal consultant, primarily advising on criminal and family law matters.
She has published extensively in reputed academic journals and contributed chapters to edited volumes with established national and international publishers. Her research has also been presented at several international and national conferences, reflecting her active engagement with the academic community.
