Ms. Mukta Nahata, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, holds an MBA Honours (Gold Medalist) and is a qualified Company Secretary . She has been associated with both academia and the corporate sector, having worked as an Manager at Osho Electro Private Limited, Rajasthan. She transitioned into academia as a faculty member at the Institute of Technology and Management ,Rajasthan and later served as a Visiting Faculty at various institutions in Ahmedabad, Additionally, she has been a Guest Faculty at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Ahmedabad Chapter for Executive Development Program (EDP) and Corporate Leadership Development Program (CLDP).
