About
Dr. Neeraj Kumar Gupta joined as Assistant Professor of Law at Institute of Law, Nirma University in the year 2018. He holds Ph.D. in the area of Environmental Taxes. Prior to joining Nirma University, he has taught at Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.
He enrolled for Ph.D. with the JRF granted by the UGC. He enrolled at the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2014. His area of research relates to Environmental Law, Environmental Taxes, Constitutional Law and Criminal Laws. He has presented research papers at various national and international conferences and seminars.
