Miss Shreya Srivastava has completed her post graduation in Corporate Law in 2015. She is presently pursuing her doctoral studies from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, While exploring various areas of law, she has developed a keen interest and is passionate about Family Law, with special focus on the laws for women. Presently, she teaches Family Law at the Institute of Law. As part of her academic endeavours, she has published research papers and blogs in her chosen field. She is also the faculty coordinator for the Women Development Cell at the Institute of Law. She also heads the International Relations Cell of the Institute.
Prior to joining the Institute of Law, she was working as Teaching and Research Associate at Gujarat National Law University. She also has an experience in empirical legal research and strives to contribute to legal development both through doctrinal as well as on ground research.
