Prof. Dr. S. P. Rathor is Professor at Institute of Law, Nirma University. He has more than 28 years of exclusive Post-Graduate Teaching experience in the field of Law. He was a former Director, University School of Law, Gujarat University and was the Head of PG Department of Environment and Legal Order and also the Head of PG Department of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of University School of Law, Gujarat University. He has successfully guided 17 Ph.D. Scholars mostly in the area of Environmental Law and Intellectual Property Laws and 7 more are pursuing their Ph.D. He has also guided more than 150 LL.M. Dissertations. He is a Member, Board of Studies in 10 Universities across India. He is also a Member of Academic Council, Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) as a Government Nominee. His areas of Interest are Environmental Law and Intellectual Property Laws
