Dr. Taruna Jakhar is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. She has obtained B.A.LLB (Hons.) from Jaipur National University, Jaipur. She went on to earn her LLM from National Law University Jodhpur in Intellectual Property Rights. She has earned Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian Society of Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law and Management from Gujarat National Law University. She is Head of Centre for Intellectual Property Rights and Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution.
Her area for research is Intellectual Property Rights Law and Artificial Intelligence.
