Dr. Vineeta Chowdhary holds a Ph.D. in Law with specialization in Human Rights, and her research interests include Surrogacy Law, Reproductive Rights, Environmental Law, Insurance Law, and Jurisprudence. She is NET qualified and JRF awardee as well. She completed her LL.M. from BBAU Lucknow with Gold Medal. Her academic work focuses on contemporary socio-legal issues and the intersection of law, society, and human rights.
