NICL 2026 is a flagship three day academic conference scheduled to be held from 20th to 22nd February 2026 at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. The Conference seeks to bring together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, industry leaders, international professors, and students to deliberate on the evolving intersection of environmental law and corporate governance. It will engage with pressing contemporary themes including climate accountability, ESG governance, sustainable finance, corporate responsibility, green capital markets, and sustainability linked restructuring, while fostering interdisciplinary dialogue at the nexus of law, technology, and sustainability through keynote addresses, expert panel discussions, and paper presentation sessions.
The Inaugural Ceremony will be graced by Shri K. Rajaraman (IAS), Chairperson, International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) as the Chief Guest, with Dr. Philippe Cullet as the Guest of Honour. The Valedictory Ceremony will be marked by the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Mr. Justice J. K. Maheshwari, Judge, Supreme Court of India, as the Chief Guest, adding significant academic and institutional gravitas to the Conference.
