Institute of Law, Nirma University in collaboration with TDS Lithium-Ion Battery Gujarat Private Limited (TDSG) is organising a two day training programme on awareness and compliance with key Environmental Laws on 13th and 14th November, 2025 at Institute of Law, Nirma University. This training programme aligns with our commitment to fostering legal literacy and environmental responsibility among stakeholders. This programme is specially designed for approximately 16 TDSG employees.
This programme covers major environment protection related laws and waste management notifications. This proramme is specially designed for offering a customised training for the employees of TDSG. The programme covers introduction to certain laws, detailed analysis of selected provisions of laws and detailed discussion about the application part and compliance part of this laws.
