This intensive certificate course is designed for participants having a keen interest in the area of Drafting of Research Proposals and Legislative Drafting. This training program aims to make the participants aware of the essential considerations of the theoretical and practical aspects of research proposals and maritime legislation drafting. The program is designed as a training program for legislation/Rules/Regulations in consideration of the theoretical and Policy perspectives of maritime Legislation taking into account National and International Laws and domestic maritime policies and practices incorporating international treaties and conventions.
The course contents include very significant aspects of Drafting the Maritime and Shipping Contract legislation based on International Commercial Laws and practices, International Maritime Laws, and IMO Conventions. Maritime safety and security Drafting the legislation for Implementation of International Maritime Safety and Security and navigation regulation and rules related to International Maritime Laws, IMO Conventions, Treaties Domestic laws, and state practices. Maritime Marine environment – Drafting the legislation for the Implementation of International Marine environment and
Legal Control related to International Maritime Laws, IMO Conventions, Treaties Policies, and state policies and practices.
