The Centre for Environmental Law (CEL) in collaboration with the Centre for Law and Governance (CLG) of the Institute of Law, Nirma University, took the students to attend the Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh Pakhwada and the 150 th Birthday Anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda on November 1, 2025 at Statue of Unity, Kevadia Colony.
Following the celebration, the students also visited Statue of Unity. The trip was organized for paying tribute to his fight for tribal welfare, environmental protection, and social justice. Students were accompanied by faculty members to achieve the objective of providing a better understanding of the practical intersection of governance and heritage.
