The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights at Institute of Law, organised a series of expert lectures on October 13-14, 2025 focusing on two pivotal themes: “Geographical Indications and Cultural Heritage of India’ and ‘Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Rights in India”. The sessions were graced by Prof. (Dr.) Gargi Chakrabarti, Associate Professor at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), and were coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Neelesh Shukla and Dr. Gunjan Arora, Assistant Professors in Law and faculty coordinators of the Centre.
The sessions witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across batches, fostering a deeper appreciation for the role of intellectual property in promoting equitable innovation.
