The Lawyer Incubation Clinic organised an interactive and insightful session on “Bail: Procedure and Drafting”, by Advocate Aditya Ajay Choksi, a practicing criminal lawyer specialising in procedural law and trial practice. The session sought to equip students with better practical understanding of the subject of bail, its procedural aspects, and the necessary drafting skills for filing applications before trial and appeal courts.
The session offered a perfect mix of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, closing the gap between academic knowledge of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), and actual practice-based advocacy in criminal practice.
