Dr. Amit Kashyap – Assistant Professor, Institute of Law delivered a session on the theme “Corporate Governance in InvITs” part of ‘Faculty Seminar’ series. He discussed the evolution of the regulatory framework, shedding light on the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders such as trustees, investment managers, investors, sponsors, rating agencies, and project managers in corporate governance within the context of Infrastructure Investment Trusts. Dr. Shanshank Chaturvedi was the moderator at the event.
