Centre for Corporate Law Studies, Institute of law in collaboration with Centre for Continuous Education, organised a 2 day course titled: “Capacity Building Program on International Taxation” on 7th March and 8th March 2020. Mr Dhaval Trivedi– Director, International Taxation K C Mehta & Co. Ahmedabad, Mr Kinjesh Thakkar– Head of Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing, Linde Engineering India and Dr Anjani Singh Tomar– Associate Professor of Law, Gujarat National law University, Gandhinagar were the invited experts for the course. Mr. Amit K Kashyap Asst. Prof of law, Head, Centre for Corporate law Studies, Mr Arpit Sharma and Mr Neeraj Sharma were in-house faculties in the course. The course was conducted with an objective to provide orientation with the basic concepts of international taxation, covering income tax, recent debates in global tax policy and Finance bill 2020.
