The Institute of Law, Nirma University Equal Opportunity Cell successfully conducted first session of the student-led discussion series – “Parity Papers” on H.M. Seervai’s Text on Article 14 of the Indian Constitution. The discussion was moderated by Mr. Krishna Jani and Mr. Varad Upadhyay. The session focused on understanding the constitutional foundations and evolving interpretation of the right to equality under Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
