The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Professor Amarjit Singh, Professor at University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. The expert highlighted the regulatory complexities surrounding secondary wastewater treatment, highlighting how environmental compliance intersects with infrastructure development and dispute resolution. It examined practical challenges in implementing treatment standards, with a focus on balancing ecological sustainability and developmental imperatives. The objective of the event was to create awareness of the changing relationship between infrastructure law and environmental control among the students through a case-based approach.
