Expert Lecture on “Interim Orders in International and Domestic Arbitration – Interpretations and Jurisprudence”

The Centre for ADR had organized an expert lecture on the topic of “Interim Orders in International and Domestic Arbitration – Interpretations and Jurisprudence.” on 8th September; 2025 which was attended by the students of semester 7, and semester 9 who have International Commercial Arbitration as their elective. The guest lecturer for the event was Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Founder and Partner AgnesOne Partners LLP. The event started at 1:45 PM and concluded at 3:45 PM. The session focused on the significance of interim measures in arbitration and emphasized their role in preserving assets, preventing irreparable harm, and safeguarding evidence. It also examined procedural complexities, evidentiary standards, enforcement challenges, and the evolving jurisprudence on interim measures in both domestic and international contexts. The credit for the success of the event goes to the team of CADR, under the effective management of Harsh Pratap, Chairperson and Aarya Desai, Secretary, under the guidance of Dr. Foram Patel, Faculty Co-Ordinator, and a special thanks to Archie Justa who hosted the event and ensured a smooth flow of the session.
