The Centre for Law and Governance at Institute of Law, Nirma University organised an expert lecture on October 9, 2025 for LLM students, featuring Prof. Satish K. Jha from the University of Delhi as the keynote speaker. Prof. Jha explored the borrowed nature of the Indian Constitution, highlighting ideological debates among nationalists and political groups during India’s constitutional formation. The lecture offered students a critical and engaging understanding of the political ideas that shaped India’s constitutional journey.
