Institute of Law, Nirma University organised a two-day expert lecture on “Public Interest Litigation Manner and Craft” by Adv. Udayan Vyas, practicing lawyer at the High Court of Gujarat on October 3, 2025. Adv. Vyas discussed key procedural aspects under the High Court of Gujarat PIL Rules, 2010 and Supreme Court Rules, 2013, sharing practical insights and sample drafts to help students understand the process of filing a PIL effectively.
