An Expert Lecture on ‘Writ Jurisdiction under Article 32 and 226 of the Constitution of India’ was organised on September 21, 2024 for the Fifth-year Students (Semester IX). Senior Advocate Asim Pandya (Practicing Lawyer, High Court of Gujarat) was the invited Expert Speaker. This lecture was organised as a part of the clinical aspects of the Law of Writs and Public Interest Lawyering Course. The lecture dealt with the nuances of power of judicial review under Article 226 and Article 32. The lecture was divided into two parts and discussed the importance of legal remedies, ordinary nature of traditional remedies and constitutional remedies of Article 226 & 32.
