He also stated that India’s credentials are impeccable and is one of the fastest growing economies of the world. It can act as a bridge between nations in conflict.

With the participation of diverse group of delegates, and a strong commitment to inclusivity, it fosters critical discussions on global issues. Dr. Anup K Singh highlighted the importance of communication. He stressed that communication is the bridge between conflict and collaboration and the Model United Nations is a great opportunity for the participants to engage into meaningful dialogue and deliberations.
Earlier Dr. Madhuri Parikh delivered the welcome address. She informed that this year there are more than 400 delegates participating at the MUN. The ILNU MUN has established itself as one of the most intellectually rigorous and engaging MUN platforms in the country. It brings together passionate delegates, sharp-witted debaters, and dynamic diplomats from across India to deliberate on pressing global issues and simulate real-world diplomacy. With a diverse set of committees and an esteemed Executive Board, the conference promises a weekend of powerful discourse, strategic negotiation, and unmatched camaraderie. This year, MUN is hosting 6 stimulating committees on the themes: Climate-Induced Displacement: Addressing the Human Rights of Environmental Refugees, The Digital Arms Race, Reassessing Women-Centric Laws in India, Water Pollution Scandals, Collapse of Global Institutions and Imminent Breakdown of Legal Order and Journalism & Photography including a high-intensity Crisis Committee curated for seasoned delegates.
