Representatives from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, including the Ms. Shipra (Head HR), Ms. Anita Doshi (Partner) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ms. Duggal, visited the Institute of Law, Nirma University on 21st January 2026 with the objective of strengthening industry–academic collaboration. The interaction focused on recruitment opportunities arising from the firm’s expansion at GIFT City, particularly in the Corporate Practice and ESG domain, and explored academic engagement through short-term, practice-oriented courses to be delivered by industry professionals. The visiting team also interacted with students to understand their internship experiences and career aspirations, and took note of the feedback and remarks shared by the students. The visit is expected to result in prospective hiring of students, establishment of a recruitment pipeline, and enhanced alignment between academic training and industry expectations, thereby fostering a long-term collaborative association between the firm and the Institute.
