The Lawyers Incubation Clinic at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, organized an orientation session on “KAYAS – Know About Your Administrative System” on 4th September 2025. The session was conducted by O.P. Sharma, Founder of ROCKS INDIA – A VIEW, who provided an insightful overview of the organization’s objectives and initiatives. O.P. Sharma emphasized the importance of empowering citizens with knowledge of laws and administrative processes, illustrating through personal experiences how social action and legal awareness can drive meaningful change in society.
In the course of the session, O.P. Sharma elaborated on the various modules of KAYAS, including System Set Up, Basic Awareness of Law, Representation and Process to Pursue, and Social Projects–Democratic Leadership. He stressed that legal literacy, coupled with civic responsibility, is essential for building a more accessible and accountable administrative system. The interactive session concluded with a discussion where O.P. Sharma addressed queries from the members of the Lawyers Incubation Clinic, leaving participants with valuable insights on community engagement and the role of law in everyday governance.
