Campus Recruitment Cell (CRC) hosted Ms. Priyanka Jain, and Mr. Aviral Shrivastava, Partner and Associate respectively from Vaish Associates, for a session on “Analysing the Provisions of the New Income Tax Act” on October 9, 2025.
The session provided an overview of the key reforms introduced to simplify and modernize India’s taxation framework, and also focused on the comparative changes between the Income Tax Act 2024 and the New Income Tax Bill 2025. Students gained an understanding of the rationalized tax slabs, revised assessment procedures and digital filing mechanisms.
