Campus Recruitment Cell (CRC) at Institute of Law organised a session on Online Gaming Act, 2025 on October 3, 2025. Mr. Nachiket Yagnik, Managing Associate, Krida Legal, was invited to deliver the session.
Mr. Nachiket discussed the key features of the Act, offences and penalties, practical impact and challenges in application. The session highlighted the evolution of gaming revolution and how regulations play a role in ensuring responsible gaming practices.
