Campus Recruitment Cell, Institute of Law Nirma University organised session on recent Online Gaming Act, 2025 on 3rd October 2025. Mr. Nachiket Yagnik, Managing Associate, Krida Legal, was invited to deliver the session.
The session highlighted the Evolution of Gaming Revolution and how State and Central regulations playing a role to distinguish between games of skill and chance while ensuring responsible gaming practices. Mr. Nachiket also discussed about the key features of the Act, offences and penalties, practical impact and challenges in application.
