Ms. Pratiksha Laheri is an Advocate, Gujarat High Court with more than twenty years of experience in both litigation and non-litigation fields. She has specialized in providing expert legal advice on a variety of civil, revenue, inheritance, family law and consumer rights matters. She has graduated from Lady Sri Ram College, New Delhi with an Hons. in Political Science and secured her L.L.B. degree from L.A. Shah Law College, Ahmedabad. She was awarded the gold medal by the Gujarat University for securing the highest marks in the L.L.B. course. She completed her Masters in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Nirma University, Ahmedabad and was awarded a gold medal thereto. During her practice as an Advocate, Gujarat High Court she has also been a retainer for several companies including Reliance Industries Limited, Raajratna Metal Industries Limited, Gujarat Ambuja Cements Limited and The Ahmedabad Electricity Company Limited (Presently Torrent Power Limited). Further, she has been a guest lecturer at International Board Schools and various community-based organisations like Rotary and Lions to name a few. As the Chairperson of Mahila Utkarsh Kendra she handles CSR projects including training of over a 1000 women from varied stratas of the society. She has also assisted them in securing employment post the vocational training period. Furthermore she runs a legal aid centre for women who do not have easy access to legal consultation. She is also a member of the governing board of the Gujarat based sixty year old non-governmental organisation- Sadvichar Parivar.
