Nikita Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor of Law and a Ph.D. scholar in International Humanitarian Law at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. She holds a B.A. LL.B. from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, an LL.M. from Renaissance University, Indore, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru. Her research focuses on International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights, and Public International Law.
