He completed his BA,LLB (Constitutional Law Honours) from Institute of Law, Nirma University and subsequently pursued and completed his LL.M in Legal Pedagogy with First Rank from Institue of Law, Nirma University. He is the founding member of Kotwal Associates Advocates, a litigating Law Firm that excels in the sphere of land laws and indirect taxation. His keen interests are in Public Interest Litigation, Writ Law including Land Revenue, Town Planning Act and Stamp Law. He has also represented various pro bono matters before the High Court of Gujarat and Supreme Court of India advocating for the interests of the student fraternity at large. He is an empanelled advocate for Ahmedabad Urban Development Agency, Gandhinagar Urban Development Agency, Rajkot Municipal Corporation and High Court Legal Aid Services. He has also represented corporates like Pipavav Defence & Offshore Engineering Company Limited, Alcock Ashdown Gujarat Ltd., Gokul Agro Limited, Gokul Agri International Limited and Surya Roshni Limited. His interests in legal pedagogy and research have coaxed him to get enrolled for the PhD program at Institute of Law, Nirma University under the guidance of Prof (Dr) Purvi Pokhariyal, Director Institue of Law, Nirma University. He is pursuing his PhD on Article 370 and Indian Federalism (An Analytical Study).
