Dr V K Upadhyay is working as Assistant Professor in Institute of Law, Nirma University. He is Coordinator of Sport Activities and National Cadet Corps of the Institute.
He has done PhD from Babasaheb Bhimarao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow. He has specialization in the Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Human Rights. He has completed LLM from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow. He has completed his LLB from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. His areas of research interest are Constitution, Human Rights and Jurisprudence.
