The proposed program is designed, keeping in view the concept of the present electoral system of India. The program will cover qualification and disqualification of voters and candidates for election, Administrative machinery for elections, electoral offences, electoral disputes and mechanism to resolve disputes and contemporary issues.
The programme is of 2 Credit It is a part-time, online programme. The programme contents include various aspects of election law, and the various aspects related to it. The Classes will be conducted thorugh online. There would be three (03) sessions in a week on each Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM*.
After completion of the programme, the participant of the programme will be awarded the Certificate of Completion as per grading schemes application at the Institute of Law, Nirma University.
The certificate will be awarded to the participants who appeared in the MCQ and Blog writing submission. Attendance is compulsory in the course.
