Arjit is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at School of Legal Studies - CMR University, Bengaluru. He has completed BLS LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai and completed his LLM in Constitutional & Administrative Laws from Institute of Law Nirma University, Ahmedabad (Awarded as Gold Medalist). He has qualified UGC NET Exam. Arjit has work experience in the form of Internship Experience of working at various top tier Law firms of India including DSK Legal, Economic Laws Practice, J. Sagar Associates, Kochhar & Co. etc. He had been associated with various socio legal NGOs working for upliftment of Society. He is a regular participant and presenter of research papers at national and international conferences and also have various publications in books and reputed Journals. Before joining the CMRU ? SOLS, he was working with Department of Law ? Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore as an Assistant Professor of Law. His Areas of Interest are Constitutional & Administrative Law, Human Rights Law and Environmental Law. He is Pursuing Ph.D. in Environmental Law from Institute of Law Nirma University, Ahmedabad under the guidance of Dr. Madhuri Parikh on Legal Framework for Conservation of Groundwater in India.
